  • What are the benefits of hiring a VA?
    1. The cost is minimal, no need to pay superannuation, payroll tax, and leave entitlements or insurance. VAs provide their insurance, own equipment, and other various tools and resources. You only pay for the work they do and there is no need to provide a desk or other office equipment, as VAs have the equipment to handle your business demands 2.   • What is the process of hiring a VA?
    1. Prospective clients can contact ProDesk Admin in a variety of ways and a professional profile is sent. This meeting will discuss the needs of the business, the business structure and answer any questions the client may have. 3. A business proposal is sent once the prospective client believes ProDesk Admin can undertake the needs of the business. If the prospective client does not believe ProDesk Admin can undertake the work, we can suggest another VA if needed. 4. Another meeting or call is then made to discuss the proposal and go through the client onboarding document. This is made before the work has commenced. This meeting will ensure both client and ProDesk Admin are aware of expectations and are clear on the details of the work. 5. The service agreement and guarantee documents are sent to the client. 6. A fun welcome pack is sent once the service agreement document has been signed.
  • What if I am not satisfied with ProDesk Admin's services?
    If a client is not satisfied with the work that ProDesk Admin has undertaken, please contact Marylou to discuss how best to achieve a solution and work on concerns that you may have.
  • What insurances, associations and qualifications does ProDesk Admin have?
    Virtual Assistants are required to have the necessary and updated insurance to be able to work confidently, and ProDesk Admin is no exception. The insurance may include Professional Indemnity, public liability, and cyber insurance. More information will be given during the Discovery call/meeting. There are many benefits to being a part of an association or professional organisation . One reason is the continued education a member is able to undertake through professional development courses and or other types of courses. Therefore, a member is updated on all current issues that may affect them. Another reason to be a part of an association is that members have access to a multitude of resources that benefit their area of expertise. ProDesk Admin is a member of the Australian Association for Virtual Industry Professionals and a member of VA Institute's Virtual Momentum association.
